Membership to Student Chapter at IIT
Join our email list to become an official NOMASiit Member​.
NOMASiit is free and open to all students at IIT. Official members will receive regular emails that provide updates on events, resources such as scholarships, and other news. Joining allows students to take on leadership positions within the organization and have a more active role with committees. Joining also provides ways to network with students from other NOMAS chapters, and to get involved with the local professional chapter, I-NOMA, and their programs such as Project Pipeline. ​

Joining and becoming an I-NOMA and NOMA member makes you a part of the national voice for minority architects, with an extensive nation-wide network. I-NOMA events are great opportunities to create strong professional bonds with local architects in Chicago and the Midwest in both informal and formal settings!

The annual NOMA conference is a national conference that brings diverse professionals from all across the country to discuss the profession, and celebrate accomplishments from minority designers.
At the conference, there is a national design competition that highlights minority student and professional work.

NOMA membership also helps provide resources to help increase the amount of registered minority architects. Membership provides a free subscription to the NOMA Architectural magazine, access to discounted Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) study materials, and access to the national NOMA job center, as well as online resources.
